Are you ready to close? As a Loan Signing Specialist I will assist all signers of the loan documents* in guiding them through their loan documents. In a Real Estate Transaction, I will ensure that all of the loan documents are properly executed. This means that all signers have been properly identified, are willing to sign, and have a clear understanding of the forms. Ultimately this  builds trust with all parties involved and enables funding of the loan.

*CA is a community property state

Note: *A California Notary may only certify copies of Powers of Attorney and their own notary journal. The customer signing the statement on the Copy Certification by Document Custodian is the one certifying it is a true copy, and not the notary. This appears official and is recommended that the signer confirms with the requestor if this is acceptable.

A Notary is a person of integrity, appointed by the Secretary of State to verify the identity of document signers.  A Notary also performs copy certifications and administers oaths and affirmations.
